Zepp Health unveiled the Amazfit Helio Ring at CES 2024, a Las Vegas event. According to reports, the smart ring was developed as a tactical assistance for committed sportsmen who want to improve their performance through the optimization of recuperation.

Amazfit Helio Rings serve athletes by providing detailed information about both mental and physical states with an accuracy that can only be achieved with a device held on the finger.

The Smart Ring is said to be lightweight and comfortable, eliminating distractions for athletes to focus on their performance and recovery. It is made of a durable titanium alloy that can withstand intense physical stress.

The ring was tested with 10 ATM water resistance, which ensured that it could withstand up to 100 meters of water.

The Amazfit Helio Ring can transform detailed health information into a clear warning point. When worn at night, the ring monitors sleep pulse, HRV, respiration, and body temperature.

When you wake up, the Zepp app integrates your sleep data with the previous day's activity and creates readiness.

This score helps athletes make informed decisions about intense exercise or recovery, enabling more effective training planning. Ring offers comprehensive sleep and recovery monitoring by analyzing sleep quality, four sleep stages, and sleep breathing quality.

It diligently records various activity metrics, such as steps, calories, heart rate, and distance, in the Zepp app for later review. However, it lacks built-in GPS functionality.

Amazfit Helio Ring uses the PeakBeat algorithm to provide specific training data, such as VO2 Max, training load, and training effect.In addition, the ring assesses cardiovascular health by monitoring the time it takes for the heart rate to return to normal within three minutes after exercise.
