Xiaomi Redmi 12/Redmi 12 5G
To make 5G more affordable for the public, Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi 12 5G phone in the sub-Rs 15,000 pricing range, which has some outstanding capabilities for the price. Redmi 12 5G is also the first phone in India to use the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 5G CPU with a 4 nm architecture. The built-in X61 modem promises fast 5G connectivity, low latency, battery efficiency, and broad coverage.

- Except for the CPU, the Redmi 12 (4G edition) keeps most of the benefits of the 5G model. It has a tiny Mediatek Helio G88 processor and foregoes the 256 GB storage option. However, it does have an 8MP ultra-wide camera, which its more costly sister does not have. This Redmi 12 5G phone is available in two models, with 4 GB or 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
