Xiaomi has begun teaser videos for the Redmi Note 12T Pro, the company's second device using a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor. As a point of perspective, Xiaomi just unveiled the CIVI 3 together with the Dimensity 8200 Ultra. But the information that has been made public thus far demonstrates that the Redmi Note 12T Pro is not a CIVI 3 re-brand.
A new mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi called the Redmi Note 12T Pro is about to go on sale. Following a Geekbench appearance, the business disclosed many specs in addition to the device's release date. Similar to previous Redmi Note 12 series products is the Redmi Note 12T Pro.
Expected Specifications
All things considered, Xiaomi has outfitted the previous with an IPS display that has a 144 Hz refresh rate. PWD dimming, which should be easier on the eyes than PWM dimming on OLED panels, will also be supported by the display. Additionally, Xiaomi claims that the panel can automatically adjust the color temperature, which resembles Apple's True Tone technology.
In addition, Xiaomi asserts that the Dimensity 8200 Ultra exceeds 900,000 points in AnTuTu as a result of a combination of four Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocked at 2 GHz and four ARM Cortex-A78 CPU performance cores operating at 3.1 GHz.
In addition, the company claims that Genshin Impact averages 58.3 FPS with the SoC. However, the SoC's performance in Geekbench is nearly identical to that of its predecessor.
Separately, Xiaomi has stated that the Redmi Note 12T Pro will come with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, a 5,080 mAh battery that supports 67 W wired charging, and a 64 MP primary camera. The Redmi Note 12T Pro will make its debut in China on May 30. At this time, Xiaomi has not yet disclosed launch pricing or international availability.
