Vivo X50 and X50 Pro will be available in India from July 16 on Flipkart

Vivo India has confirmed that the Vivo X50 and the Vivo X50 Pro are coming to India on July 16. Both smartphones will be launched together and will be available on Flipkart from July 16. The Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro will be running on the Snapdragon 765G processor and will have 5G connectivity. These are going to be the first smartphones in the mid-range segment that will support 5G connectivity in India when the launch. Vivo is going to capitalize on the days before the Oneplus Nord also launches. Both smartphones will have what Vivo is calling the gimbal camera stabilization. Vivo India will also be launching a pair of TWS earbuds along with Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro.

Specs on Vivo X50 and X50 Pro:

The Vivo X50 Pro and X50 will be powered by the Qualcomm snapdragon 765G processor which is an octa-core processor coupled with the Adreno 620 GPU. There will be two variants of both these devices. One variant will come with 8GB of Ram and 128GB of storage. The other variant will come with 256GB of storage and 8GB of Ram. Both the Vivo X50 and the X50 Pro will have the same display panel. The screen will be a 6.5 inch AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate which will make the animations superfluid. The camera on the smartphones will be a quad-camera setup at the back and a punch-hole selfie camera. The quad-camera setup will have a 48MP lens with OIS or Optical Image Stabilization which is a first in the midrange segment. There will be a secondary 13MP lens with a 2x zoom. The third will be an 8MP ultrawide lens and the fourth will be a 5MP macro sensor. The front will have a 32MP selfie camera. The battery on the Vivo X50 will be a 4200mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. On the Vivo X50 Pro, the battery will be 4315mAh. Both smartphones support dual sims but there is no support for MicroSD cards. Out of the box, the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro will be running on android 10 with Funtouch UI on top. 

Once launched the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro will go head to head with the Oneplus Nord which is coming on July 21.
