Telegram brings android features in its latest update

Telegram introduced a new update last week that included new features for all platforms and some goodies exclusive to Android. Now, the feature will be available for all users.

Inside, Telegram highlights a themed icon for Android 13 users, updated “smooth animations” when previewing media, as well as the ability to prioritize downloads on Android while attempting to download multiple items at once. That last one was already available on iOS.

Moreover, Telegram also announced an improved login flow, emoji statuses and infinite reactions for only Premium users, as well as new unique link formats for usernames.

Telegram will also now use login codes for those the frequently sign in and out of the service. The regulations will be sent through email or they can use the option to Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.

Furthermore, sharing an account, group, or channel will be even easier as new custom account links are available.

In addition, users will now have the ability to prioritize downloads by heading to the Downloads tab in the app and rearranging it to their liking. Both iOS and Android will receive some polish when it comes to the UI, adding smoother animations.
