The Benq VZ2250H LED is a 21 inch monitor with a 1080p resolution and with an affordable price and the aforementioned specs alone are enough to recommend it to those looking for a general-purpose monitor.
The monitor looks elegant in a narrow black bezel design all around it and resembles a large photo frame at first glance. There's a 0-20 degree down/up tilt option but no other ergonomic options exist. It is equipped with FlickerFree technology that eliminates flickering at almost all brightness levels and reduces eye strain thus giving you a comfortable viewing experience. The base on which the monitor stands is easy to set up and like other Benq models just slide the whole piece into the back of the monitor. The screen wobbles at times when accessing the onscreen display (OSD) menu or adjusting its tilt degree. The monitor also come with HDMI cable free worth Rs. 500.
Great Color Performance
When we fed the display with Full HD movies it delivered good performance, with deep blacks and natural-looking faces, skin tones and other background environments. The monitor excelled in nearly all of color levels, and displayed different shades of various colors with minimal color abnormalities. The viewing angles are excellent and colors fade away even when viewed from off-axis.
While browsing web or creating documents text looked clear and sharp, without any obvious color tint problems and fonts were clearly visible down to a 6 point size.
When we played GTA San Andreas, NFS Most Wanted and evaluated the look of games on a monitor, the two most important features to consider are vibrancy and color. It displayed games with a bright and vibrant cleanness. Colors also popped with fullness and depth and almost all areas in games looked great.
