Today at a preview event ASUS give us a glimpse of Asus ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ZenFone Selfie, and the ZenFone 2 Laser smart phones. These products are going to be launched at ZenFestival in India on August 6. Here we take a quick look at what each has to offer.
ASUS Zenfone 2 Deluxe
The smart phone has slim profile measuring just 3.9mm in thickness and features 13.9cm (5.5"), 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution screen with ASUS TrueVivid Full Screen Lamination technology
The IPS display gives you up to 178˚ viewing angle and is equipped with Anti Scratch Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and supports glove touch. It is powered by Intel 64-bit Z3580 @ 2.3 Ghz processor with Intel exclusive 3D Tri-Gate Transistor Technology and is packed with 4GB RAM for faster processing.
In terms of storage, the phones comes with 64 GB/128 GB ROM, ASUS WebStorage 5GB (lifetime), Google drive 100G free space (2year), Micro SD card support, up to 128GB.
It packs 5MP front camera with large f/2.0-aperture, wide-angle (85˚) lens and 13MP rear camera with large f/2.0-aperture, 5-element auto-focus lens / dual-color Real Tone flash, Blue Glass IR Filter / Zero Shutter Lag. Various modes included are Manual Mode for DSLR-like camera detail settings , Real Time Beautification , Night mode, Depth of field, Selfie mode , Photo Effects, Panorama mode , Miniature , Time Rewind, Smart Remove, All Smiles, Time Lapse. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Dual Sim, Bluetooth etc. It packs 3000 mAH battery.
ASUS Zenfone 2 Selfie
This smart phones has same display has Zenfone 2 Deluxe but differs on processing power, storage options and camera modes. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and also packs Oleophobic Anti-fingerprints coating.
It runs on Qualcomm 64-bit Octa Core Processor Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) and Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU. On the storage front it comes in 16GB / 32GB ROM variants, ASUS WebStorage 5GB (lifetime) Google drive 100G free space (2year), Micro SD card support, up to 128GB and is powered by 3GB RAM.
The front camera is of 13MP with large f/2.0-aperture, wide-angle (88˚) lens with Dual LED Real Tone Flash. The capturing modes include Selfie Panorama (up to 140˚), Real Time Beautification, HDR mode, Low Light Mode, Night Mode, Photo Effects, GIF animation, Time Lapse.
The rear camera is also of 13MP with large f/2.0-aperture, 5-element auto-focus lens / Laser Auto Focus for 0.3 second focus time. ASUS Zenfone 2 Laser
Zenfone Laser 2 has 13.9cm (5.5"), 1280 x 720 HD resolution with ASUS TrueVivid Full Screen Lamination technology and features Anti Scratch Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by Qualcomm 64-bit Quad Core Processor Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916), Adreno 306 GPU coupled with 2 GB RAM.
It has 16GB ROM, ASUS WebStorage 5GB (lifetime), Google drive 100G free space (2year), Micro SD card support, up to 128GB. Memory
It packs 13MP rear camera with Dual LED Real Tone flash, Blue Glass Infrared Filter / Zero Shutter Lag.
