PUBG Mobile has been one of the most loved and popular games in the recent times. The game saw ban from India in September 2020 due to privacy policies and data leaks allegations and the anticipation of it making a return has been running high in the community. 

The first leak or announcement was made in November 2020 when PUBG Mobile India released a teaser feature some of the most famous eSports players of the county like Dynamo, Jonathan and Kronten. The channel has been silent since. The anticipation peaked during the month of November when numerous streamers took to YouTube and did daily live streams discussing the release of PUBG Mobile India.

A few days back PUBG Corporation did launch a trailer mentioning the Indian version of the game, but it was taken down shortly after that. This might have been a case of misupload and most viewers took it like that, except for the people who want to capitalize on everything remotely related to PUBG India. Some media houses, in an attempt to create monopoly on the subject, have been publishing similar articles on their portal for months now. Some of the biggest tech YouTube channels in the world, mention PUBG Mobile India in every second video that is uploaded. The channels might even go to lengths of making dedicated videos on the same topic. 

Facts

The classic case clickbait journalism has been doing rounds on the internet for some time now. It is in the best interest of the readers and the community to be aware of the fact that there has been no green signal from the government regarding the infamous return of the game to India, and it will remain so for some more time now. It is best to stay away from these leaks and updates because most of them do not have any substantial backing. The launch, if and when it happens, will be announced by PUBG Corporation itself and not by news portals online.
