Presentation Anywhere Any time with Zoho ShowTime

Create or upload your PowerPoint presentation online and share it with your audience anywhere, anytime 

Zoho ShowTime is the web and mobile app which simply makes your presentation more focused and presentable to your audiences. Now you can show your presentation more interactively to your audiences or speakers. Show your presentations simultaneously across any device whether it is smartphone or desktop. Here we are presenting step-by-step procedure of Zoho ShowTime set-up. 

Step 1: First of all, signup to Zoho ShowTime by using this link. After sign up, upload your presentation which you want to show your audience.

Step 2: For uploading your presentation just click on New button on the top right side of the dashboard. The best thing about the ShowTime is that apart from uploading your presentation, it also offers online presentation maker platform through which you can create your presentation online. For creating the presentation online click on Create presentation option.

Step 3: Once you upload your presentation, the next step is to present it to your audience. Just click on the uploaded presentation which shows on your dashboard and just click on Present button at the top right side of your dashboard.

Step 4:  After clicking on the Present button, an audience key will be generated for your audience to join the session. You can also set the key according to your choice, like here, I have set the key to 1234.

Step 5: After step 4, click on Launch presentation option and in the next screen click on START.

Step 6: To view the presentation on your laptop visit the link shown in the step 5 screenshot. If you are using a smartphone, then either go to the link shown above or download the app from your respective App store.

Step 7: The Zoho ShowTime offers two apps - one for the presenter and other for viewers. Download the ShowTime Viewer app, if you are a viewer and only want to view the presentation. If you are a presenter then just download the ShowTime Presenter App.

Step 8: Another great feature of Zoho ShowTime is that you can directly deliver your interactive presentation from your PowerPoint by installing the PowerPoint plugin.

Step 9:  You can track your Audience Engagement, Questions, Feedback by using Zoho ShowTime Detail Analytics feature. This feature helps you to find out how many people were engaged in your presentation and for how long.
