Oppo India has finally confirmed the launch of the much-awaited Oppo A53 for the Indian markets. This is a refresh of the previous generation Oppo A53. The new device will be running on the Snapdragon 460 and will be a budget-oriented device by the company. As of now, the device is already available for pre-order in Indonesia. Oppo will be launching the new A53 in India and in the European markets as well. The Oppo A53 is going to be the device that will take on the Realme and Redmi devices in the sub Rs. 15,000 segment. The launch of the device is on August 25th via Oppo India's official channels. Sale for the new Oppo A53 will be via Flipkart.

Oppo A53 Specifications India Unit:
The A53 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor coupled with the Adreno 610 GPU. The Snapdragon 460 is an octa-core processor based on the 11 nm architecture. There is 4GB of Ram and 64GB of internal storage with support for storage expansion via a MicroSD card. This is a dual-sim 4G device. The display is an IPS LCD panel with 720 x 1600 pixels resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The size of the display is 6.5 inches. This will make the A53 one of the only devices that will be offering a high refresh panel in the sub Rs. 15,000 segment.
When it comes to photography the Oppo A53 has a triple camera setup at the back and a single camera at the front for selfies and video calling. The triple camera setup at the back sports a 16MP primary lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera will sport a 16MP lens. The device will come with a headphone jack and dual-band wifi. There is also Bluetooth 5.0 and a massive 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. Out of the box, Oppo A53 will run on Android 10 with Oppo's colorOS on top.
Oppo A53 Price in India, Sale:
The device will go on sale on August 25th on Flipkart after the launch is done. The price of the device in Indonesia is set at IDR 2,499,000. When converted to INR it is around Rs. 12641.34 so the pricing of the device will be below Rs. 15,000 in India when it launches officially.
