HMD Global, which is now launching phones under the Nokia brand name, showcased a new variant of the iconic Nokia 3310 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this year but the price of the phone has not made it to the fore until now.
The price of Nokia 3310 has been spotted on Indian retailer OnlyMobiles.com’s site and the tag reads Rs 3,899. However, this cannot be taken as an official price as HMD has been tight-lipped about its announcements in India.
The site also lists out the colours of the phone -- Warm Red, Dark Blue, Yellow and Grey colour -- along with detailed specifications.
HMD Global had earlier hinted that all the Nokia handsets -- Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 3310 -- will be launched in India in the second quarter of 2017.
The Nokia 3310 (2017) sports a refreshed design, keeping the rounded edges and sturdy build iconic to the original 3310. The new curved screen window is designed for better “readability in sunlight.” The phone also sports new push buttons and a new UI with similarities to the original.
