Gamers may play games on several platforms using the popular US-based video streaming service Netflix. These games are available for users to enjoy on TVs, desktop computers, and mobile devices (Android and iPhone) for an additional fee. The business disclosed during Geeked Week that a few additional games will soon be available on the site. There are also several indie classics included here.
Let’s go through the list of these titles accessible on Netflix on mobile devices:
Hades
Launching in 2020, this cheat-letter dungeon crawler will soon be available on iOS devices for Netflix subscribers. However, Android users will still have to wait a while before they can access this game, which puts a lot of emphasis on replay ability. In this game, users have to play as Zagreus, Prince of the Underworld. Players must start over every time they die. Each run is different, but players can carry over knowledge gained from the previous run as well as some weapons and abilities. The Hugo award-winning Hades also has a huge list of characters.
Braid
The classic time manipulation game Braid is available for both iOS and Android users. Braid Anniversary Edition features updated audio, hand-repainted visuals, fresh animations and a whole new world of puzzles to solve. There is also commentary throughout the game for 15 hours that talks about the game design, programming and other aspects of development. Braid creator Jonathan Blow has revealed that a new edition of Braid is coming to Netflix Games, Windows, PlayStation and Xbox on April 30.
Death’s Door
This Zelda-style adventure will soon have a mobile version for Netflix subscribers. Players can control a crow tasked with collecting souls to the headquarters of the Purification Commission, a bureaucratic unit in the afterlife.
Some Other titles
Katana Zero, an action title that combines titles created by the company and its shows and movies, is also on its way to Netflix Games. Shadow and Bone: Enter the Fold, which takes place between the first two seasons of the show, is available now. Top-down heist Chicken Run: Eggstraction and co-op action RPG the Dragon Prince: Xadia are coming in 2024.
There's also a game based on one of Netflix's biggest hits. Money Heist allows users to participate in a heist version of the franchise and the original series. Netflix says the game will arrive with a Berlin spin-off series.
