Motorola unveiled the first ‘Moto Care’ flagship center in Bangalore. The facility aims to provide the best-in-class service and support to customers - while also offering a state-of-the art experience zone, allowing consumers to get ‘hands on’ with our product portfolio.
Located on Jayanagar Road, the facility is spread across 3000 sq.ft and will offer the following services to the consumers in the city.
Service Support
The service and support area will give consumers a walk-in service experience.
Support will be provided for various queries across software upgrades and device hardware repair.
Experience Zone
The Experience Zone will give consumers the chance to experience the product. It will showcase the entire product portfolio - Moto X (including leather and wood versions), Moto G, Moto E, Moto Turbo, Motorola Nexus and Moto 360.
The zone can also facilitate online orders via Flipkart, our exclusive partner. Service staff will be on hand to guide consumers through the entire process.
Besides catering to customers directly in Jayanagar, Motorola’s flagship center will also benefit customers in neighbouring locations in Bangalore such as MG road, Koramangala, Indiranagar and Rajendra Nagar.
In addition to the Moto Care centre, Motorola have a number of other options for customer care across India:
- The Moto Care App on smartphones and tablets or customer helpline
- Moto Care on Wheels,a pilot project recently initiated in New Delhi. As part of the project, for up to 30 days after purchase, Moto vans will service device issues right at customers’ doorsteps, just within a few hours
- Customer service support via the online customer service portal
- Over 150 repair and service centers across India that customers can contact or visit for assistance.
