Micromax brings Canvas Tab P690 , an affordable 8" tablet at Rs. 8,990

As part of its strategy to further bolster the tablet category in India, Micromax today announced the launch of Canvas Tab P690 with 4^th Gen Intel Atom Processor. The tablet has an 8-inch IPS HD display with a 16:10 screen ratio that allows you to consume a variety of multimedia content.

It has a Metallic Brush Finish design and comes pre-loaded with varied services like Hello TV, Saavn, Kindle and various games and can be used to carry out multitasking tasks as it is equipped with 1 GB RAM.

Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, the 3G enabled Canvas Tab P690 gives users the access to a number of features including Quicklook, voice search, Google Drive, Hangouts for video calls, smart contact prioritization etc. Users can capture all their favorite moments with a 5 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera.
