There have been many rumors about the upcoming Lenovo Legion gaming phone but nothing had been acknowledged officially but now it is official. Lenovo has officially introduced its new Legion smartphone. The device is called Lenovo Legion Phone Duel. Lenovo has finally released a Press Release on its official website detailing the new Lenovo Legion Phone Duel and its specifications. This will be the first-ever gaming smartphone from the Chinese smartphone manufacturer.
Lenovo Legion Phone Duel Specifications:
- The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 865+ processor with Adreno 650 GPU.
- The screen is 6.65 inches with FHD+ resolution and an AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate.
- Dual camera setup at the back. The primary lens is 64MP and the secondary lens is 16MP.
- The front camera has a pop-up mechanism and is a 20MP shooter.
- Lenovo Legion Phone Duel comes in two variants. 12GB and 16GB Ram models with 128GB and 256GB of Storage.
- Dual front-facing speakers with a quad microphone setup to reduce noise.
- Dual batteries. 2500mAh each giving it a total of 5000mAh. Support for 90W fast charging. Dual charging ports.
- Dual-band wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, 5G connectivity, in-display fingerprint reader.
The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel has a lot of firsts. This is one of the first gaming phones to come with a pop-up selfie camera. First gaming smartphone to come with dual-batteries. First gaming smartphone to come with the cameras in the middle of the device. Lenovo has gone all gamer with the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel aesthetics. The Lenovo Legion Phone Duel will be launched in China and some select countries in July. It remains to be seen how it will compare to the newly launched Asus ROG Phone 3.
