Intex has added another budget smartphone to its portfolio with the launch of Aqua Xtreme II. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 9,590 and is a successor to Aqua Xtreme, which was launched last year.
The upgraded Aqua Extreme II features a 5-inch IPS HD display, has a 7.9 mm thickness and weighs 132 grams. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa Core Mediatek Processor. There is 2GB RAM and a 2000 mAh battery unit to power the device.
For amateur clickers and selfie lovers, the handset comes with a brilliant 13 MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera which also enables capture of vivid images while in recording mode. Intex said the 3G supported Aqua Xtreme II provides an 8 hours of talk-time along with a standby time of 300 hours.
A unique feature of Aqua Extreme II is ‘Start Launcher” which allows one to access one’s favourite icon directly from lock screen, without even unlocking the phone. Likewise previous Aqua smartphones, Aqua Extreme II has an inbuilt Service App for after sales support.
Additionally, Aqua Xtreme II has a bunch of pre-loaded apps carefully chosen to cater to most frequent needs of consumers like - ASK ME, Quikr, Newshunt, Clean Master, Myntra, Start, Dr. Safety, Teen Patti, Truecaller, Lets Buy Intex, Intex Zone. The smartphone will be available in four colors- white, black, champagne and silver at all retail stores in the country.
