The price of this specific build is around Rs. 48000 depending on where you got the parts from.
This is more of an AMD Pc build since the processor and the graphic card are from AMD. The AMD Ryzen 5 3500 is a great processor for doing streaming and content creation. It has 6 cores with a clock speed of up to 4.1 GHz. The Ryzen 5 will outperform its intel i5 rival on most days with easy. The Ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX 4 GB stick. Corsair Rams are fast and reliable. Since the motherboard, we are using supports dual channel memory we have gone with 2 sticks of the Corsair Vengeance LPX 4GB. You can upgrade them or use your own choice of Ram. For storage, we will go with the tried and tested Seagate barracuda HDD. 1TB might not be enough to store all the games and videos that you will have in the future but for starting out this is a great hard drive. The graphics card for this PC build is Gigabyte RX 5500 XT OC 8GB. The reason we have not gone with the Nvidia card is that the RX 5500 XT is just better for video editing. That extra 2GB of GDDR6 VRam is worth its weight in gold where you are editing videos and when it comes to gaming the RX 5500 XT can hold up pretty well on high graphics on all the popular gaming titles. The motherboard we are using for this PC Build is from Asus. The Asus Prime B450M is a great budget motherboard that will last a long time. Asus makes some of the best motherboards in the entire segment. The power supply or PSU for this PC build is a simple one. The Antec atom V550 is a good power supply for the price. You can use corsair PSU but the cost will go up.
