Sudeep Roy, Sales Director EPOS interacted with us, read here to know more:
Tell us about, you are more into which segment audio or video?
Sudeep Roy: I strongly believe that video quality has become the new standard, comparable to the significance of audio in the past. When we initially entered the market, we were competitors with other audio-focused companies, and then we moved on gradually to video this is a market change, or is our mobile evolution. So we use a gradual progression. And today we are into video obviously, but audio will remain our videos are out add-on as an extension.
What about the customer's Customer Support Services?
Sudeep Roy: We have a full-fledged Customer Support Service here as in we have phone support, we have a contact center running if any customer because our customers are enterprises and as an individual either of the headsets stops working you may be okay. But when an enterprise may either thus headset travel via natural carabiner could be also direct software incompatibility tools that they sit down their contact center member other approaches or the sit down to the object. So it is very important that we give good support. We have a helpdesk running we have chat support, we have email support, and we have on-field support as in if for example KPMG massive problem whereby our guys go and fix the issues. So support is always delivered.
Will the products be available on e-commerce platforms?
Sudeep Roy: The products are going to be ready. Products are readily available on e-commerce sites. e-commerce will happen on our website and on a few other websites very soon.
Following the successful event, EPOS will roll out its new product range to select partners and customers with wide availability plans and commitments:
