Dual SIM Support and 512GB Variant For Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max

iOS has changed the way we live, said Tim Cook while addressing the audience across world viewing the Apple Event. And surely, the new revelations by the Apple team tool take this belief of Tim even further.

The buzziest event of the year has offered people two incredible Apple iPhones - iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max. Both the iPhones are somewhat identical, though with certain diversities.

Both would be available in three variants: 64GB, 256GB and 512GB. Where 512GB is the new addition to Apple. Also, it is the first company to offer such a massive storage capacity.

Along with massive storage, Apple is also offering Dual SIM support in its new iPhones. Out of the two SIMs, one would be the single physical sim card and other would be Apple’s integrated e-SIM.

The price for iPhone Xs 64GB would be $999 and iPhone Xs Max would be $1099. The pre-orders for the phones would start from 14th September and the shipping from 21st September.

Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max Specifications

iPhone Xs has a stainless steel body with the most durable glass and gold finish. It would be available in three colours - gold, silver and space grey.

iPhone Xs has a Super Retina OLED display with 60 per cent greater dynamic range. Display size for Apple iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs - 5.8-inch with 2436 x 1125 resolution and 6.5-inch with 2688 x 1242 resolution respectively. Though, the pixel per inch is similar for both - 458 ppi.

"The display of iPhone Xs Max is the biggest ever than any other iPhone. Even bigger than Galaxy Note 9, which has a 6.4-inch display".

The top bezel of the phones holds an infrared camera, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, speaker, microphone, flood illuminator, microphone, front camera and dot projector.

It can be a good smartphone for the people who love playing games.

Also, Phil Schiller mentioned that these new iPhones are equipped with faster algorithms and security enclave.

A12 Bionic Chip - The Smartest and Most Powerful

A12 Bionic chip is the highlight of iPhone Xs and Xs Max. It is the first ever 7mm chip with 6.9 billion transistors. Adding to it is the 6-core CPU and 4-core GPU. The CPU strength makes the phone high performing cores 15 per cent faster and they consume 40 per cent lower power than A11.

The remarkable specs of these iPhones also include the neural engine with 8-core with machine learning core processor. So, now a particular app would be able to open-up with 30 per cent faster speed.

Apple iPhone Camera Can Have 1 Trillion Operations Per Photo

The newly launched iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max have a wide angle and telephoto rear camera with 12 megapixels. Where the wide-angle camera has new sensors and f.18 aperture and f.24 aperture on the telephoto lens.

Whereas, on the front side of the Apple smartphone, you’ll find a 7-megapixel camera with f2.2 aperture and a faster sensor. The A12 Bionic processor also helps in processing the photos with an image signal processor inside the phones.

Apple has also introduced the “Smart HDR” feature, which could be something similar to google pixel phones.

Also with all new additions to the Apple family, the tech giant would be rolling out the new update - iOS 12 on September 17th.
