Fans of Destiny 2 woke up to rather interesting news. What basically happened was that someone at Game Informer made a mistake of tweeting out about the upcoming Destiny 2 Season 13 before the embargo ended. The result was a leak that informed the fans what they won't be expecting but rather seeing in the new season. To the person at Game Informer we have our thanks to give cause it was worth breaking that embargo. Now with the thanks and the whole story stuff out of the way, let's get down to the brass tacks.
First thing first, the new Destiny 2 season 13 is called Season of the Chosen, and we all will be seeing everything about it tomorrow. The image that was attached in the tweet also shows some very interesting stuff. In the background players can see Cabal or can they? Well, technically it's not a male Cabal but a female Cabal. It was those big tusks that gave it away actually. She's Caiatl the daughter of Calus and she probably is the bad girl in the new Season.
Trials of Osiris.

Season of the *REDACTED* Armor.

Looking at the terrain that is visible in the map it is safe to assume that the new season is taking place on Nessus. This is a good thing cause Nessus wasn't getting any real attention in Beyond Light or in Season of the Hunt. The barge that is getting everyone's attention is a new type, so we might get something new to see on Nessus.
In the tweet Game Informer also mentioned that we will finally be new Strikes and not just one. Yes, finally the devs at Destiny 2 have given us two new Strikes. We will get more information once the new season comes out and we have the patch notes but it is exciting news. Among other things we will also be seeing Zavala playing a crucial role in Destiny 2 Season of the Chosen. Rumours say that Savathun has corrupted Zavala. That's how you make a new season.
