Like every year, we are all excited to celebrate the most favorite day of every kid - Children’s Day, the birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru.
There are special children’s Day programmes in almost every school, people have updated there WhatsApp and Instagram stories with childhood pictures, but we plan to do reminisce the 7 ultimate cartoon characters of all times without whom any childhood memory is incomplete.
1. Mickey Mouse
Mickey Mouse is one of the most iconic classic cartoon characters. He was Mouse was created in 1928 and is the mascot of The Walt Disney company. He loves adventure, he optimistic and everybody’s friend.
2. Donald Duck
Another incredible creation by Walt Disney Production was Donald Duck. This white duck came to life in 1934. He was believed to have a little short-tempered but was always a devoted friend.
3. Cinderella
Cinderella was the most loved and desired princess of all times; I am pretty sure every girl still dreams of having a fairytale like Cinderella. She made her first appearance in 1950. The fictional cartoon character by Disney was kind and believed in faith.
4. Tom & Jerry
Every childhood is incomplete without Tom & Jerry cartoon characters. They were created in 1940 by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Their comedy series was based on slapstick genre. Tom & Jerry was the highest-grossing animated series in earlier days.
5. Winnie The Pooh
The cutest bear ever was Winnie The Pooh, a fictional anthropomorphic teddy bear created by A.A. Milne. Pooh was naive, friendly, thoughtful and faithful was introduced in 1924 and was translated into many languages.
6. Genie
Think your 3 wishes and be ready to rub the oil lamp because next on the list is Genie, from Aladdin. He first appeared in a movie by Walt Disney Pictures’ - Aladdin in 1992. The Genie cartoon character got a voice over from Robin Williams in the first movie.
7. Pluto
A loyal friend of Mickey, Pluto was an adorable, fun-loving and curious pet puppy of Mickey. He was a mixed-breed dog and introduced as a bloodhound in his first appearance in 1930 in The Chain Gang.
