As a healthcare service provider, they had to ensure that their data resided in India. Microsoft Azure had India based data centres. Other factors that weighed in favour of Azure were its transparency in billing and the brilliant technical support that Microsoft offered. Add the pay-as-you-use model to this, it was an easy decision for CallHealth to make.
