Team Deathmatch or TDM on PUBG Mobile can be very hard for new players to win. Mostly due to it being faster than the battle royale mode and new players also are not familiar with the different mechanics of TDM. When players start playing TDM in PUBG Mobile, they tend to carry their battle royale skills with them. While they are useful to some extent, Team Deathmatch makes most of those skills useless.
Winning in PUBG Mobile TDM is hard but not impossible. Infact, if you incorporate even some of the tips we have given below, you will see a significant improvement in your kill numbers. We have gathered these tips from some of the Pro players of PUBG Mobile and some of them are from our own experience. Make sure you go through each one of them to know which one applies to you and make the changes that you deem necessary in order to win.
PUBG Mobile Team Deathmatch (TDM) Game Guide:
- One of the big mistakes players make when playing PUBG Mobile TDM matches is reloading. It is obvious that you should reload your weapon but you don't need to reload it after every kill. It must have happened numerous times that you were reloading after killing out of habit and another player kills you. For most of us who play PUBG mobile, reloading after a kill in batter royale mode is almost a habit. However, you need to change that when you're playing team deathmatch.
- If your team is winning the TDM match by a good margin then don't push/rush towards the enemy team. If your team already has the advantage in the match then all you need to do is to maintain that margin. The enemy team will try something desperate as well in order to close that gap so the best approach in that situation is to stay back and try taking 1v1 fights.
- When you're playing a TDM match in PUBG Mobile, you will always get the same map. Now, that TDM map has a lot of cover that you should use when moving around. Moving from cover to cover or sliding towards them will give a small level of protection. However, if you keep the crosshair always towards a place you think an enemy can come from you will gain a huge advantage.
- You have three throwables when you're playing PUBG Mobile TDM. Use all of them. Throw grenades and Molotov even at random places. Use the smoke grenade to blind the enemy team and then throw a Molotov or flashbang inside the smoke.
- Another mistake players make is the one we used to make as well. More often than not we use AR or assault rifles when playing PUBG TDM matches. It's not that they're bad guns but since the TDM matches are so fast-paced, these guns will start slowing you down. A better alternative is using SMGs like UZI or Vector. SMGs have a very high rate of fire and if you add an extended quickdraw mag then you will have more bullets as well.
